A nonimmigrant U.S. employer can transfer a manager or executive from one of its affiliated foreign offices to one of its domestic offices with the L-1A Visa.

    Visa L-1B

Through the L-1B Visa, a US employer is able to transfer a professional employee with specialized knowledge concerning the interests of the company from one of its affiliated foreign offices to one of its US offices.

    E-1 Visa

The E-1 Visa allows foreign nationals of a treaty nation to enter the United States and engage in significant trade.

    E-2-Visa

Based on an investment that he or she is controlling while in the United States, an individual with an E-2 Visa is able to enter and work there.

Without requiring a particular investment amount, the EB-1 Visa allows permanent residency to individuals with exceptional abilities or achievements in their field.
